Cheetah Digital received the highest possible score (5) in criteria including performance and supporting products and services, and placed well in execution roadmap, innovation roadmap, partner ecosystem, and commercial model. According to Forrester, at the heart of cross-channel campaign management (CCCM) is not the campaign but the customer. In order to have a successful CCCM strategy, a provider should seek to:
