The results of the 2019 retail holiday season highlighted the importance of a strong omnichannel strategy. The overall U.S. retail sales increased by 3.4% from 2018, according to Mastercard’s SpendingPulse report, but there was a stark difference in the yearly growth of e-commerce (18.8%) and the growth of in-store sales (1.2%).

Email is a key part of an omnichannel strategy and Cheetah Digital experts are here to help you understand what worked and didn’t work in an average consumer inbox this last retail holiday season. Our Analytics Services team examined over 2,000 emails from 25 brands and assessed what components drove engagement and transactions.
