CHICAGO – October 17, 2019 – Cheetah Digital, a cross-channel customer engagement solution provider for the modern marketer, today announces the appointment of Patrick Tripp as Senior Vice President of Product Marketing. Reporting directly to Chief Product Officer Bill Ingram, Tripp will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and market adoption of the recently announced Customer Engagement Suite.

With more than 20 years of experience in the marketing technology industry, Tripp is an expert in cross-channel marketing, real-time interaction management, and customer data platforms (CDP). Before joining Cheetah, he served as VP of Product Strategy at RedPoint Global, where he led the product roadmap, evangelization, and go-to-market efforts for the RedPoint Customer Engagement Hub, among many other products and vertical solutions. Preceding his years at RedPoint, Tripp spent time in product management and product marketing at Adobe, Neolane, Pegasystems, and Forrester Research, among other industry roles. He is also a certified product manager, solution architect, and frequent industry keynote speaker.
