Today marks one year since Marigold Engage+ acquired Stellar Loyalty, adding loyalty solutions to our comprehensive suite of marketing technology offerings. Since then, we have focused on serving our clients by providing all things loyalty related, seamlessly enabling our clients to deliver relevant, personalized loyalty experiences to their customers.
So what’s new? Here’s a brief look at what has happened in the past 365 days:
We integrated our products
Customers now have one place to go for all their messaging and loyalty needs — and data flows freely between Marigold Loyalty and our messaging solutions. This allows for tightly orchestrated messaging and loyalty experiences for consumers based on the data shared between the solutions. Brands like Old Chicago Pizza & Taproom are leveraging our capabilities to gain a competitive edge in their industry.
We made the grade
In April 2019, Marigold Engage+ was named a Leader in The Forrester Wave™: Loyalty Technology Platforms, Q2 2019 report. We received the highest possible ranking in 13 criteria, including data management, personalization, user experience, and privacy and security. In May 2019, we also were named a Loyalty360 Top 10 Award Winner.
We continue to innovate
As the marketplace changes, so do our solutions. We continue to work with clients on innovative ways to solve their loyalty program needs and push our capabilities forward. We partnered with Sabre to incorporate Marigold Loyalty into the Sabre Commercial Platform, empowering our joint clients to deliver unique experiences and engage customers in new ways. Now, we are helping clients build emotional loyalty with their customers
We expanded our internal expertise
When we acquired Stellar Loyalty, we welcomed their talented, experienced team into the Marigold Engage+ family. Our new team members are experts at what they do and have backgrounds from Siebel Systems, Oracle, SAP, and Marketo. We have already seen the benefits of having such a wide breadth of talent, and are excited to continue building the most talented team in the market.
