Up until now, the best way for marketers to launch new experiences quickly, was to customize one of the system templates from our Experience Library or clone their own brand experiences. But as we’ve seen the usage of Cheetah Experiences expand across brands, markets, and teams, we wanted to make it even easier for everyone in an organization to adopt already successful experiences and highlight those that have been recommended for use for specific events.
Introducing your own Experience Library
Brands can now re-use their best creations because we are giving them tools to create their own private library of experiences. This means that they can easily create a template for other teams or team members, and roll it out across brands and markets in a fraction of a time.
With the increasing pressures around data collection and data privacy, marketers need the right enterprise-level tools to safely allow the creation of data collection experiences across the organization. We’ve introduced user role restrictions that make sure that only a handful of selected individuals within the organization can access and edit the data capture form, minimizing any potential risk around data collection at scale. No need to worry whether their experiences have the right data fields in the form, the correct legal language included, and or the right privacy settings — the new brand template includes all of the preferred settings, which can then be cloned for use by other teams, departments, or brands.
