Andrew Yeoh

Andrew currently oversees all shopping centre marketing & innovation strategies for IKEA Southeast Asia & Mexico. He has more than 18 years’ experience across both the client and agency spectrum, handling brands as diverse as IBM, SK-II, KFC, Uniqlo, BMW, Microsoft and Disney both locally and regionally.

Prior to IKEA, his experience includes marketing and strategy roles at IBM, P&G, Interbrand, Isobar and DDB.

He holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School. Recently, Andrew was recognised as one of the Top 25 Innovators in Asia Pacific for 2020, according to the Innovator25 Global Rankings.

Caitlin is the VP of Client Success & Services, APAC at Cheetah Digital. She is passionate about making our clients wildly successful through both their technology investment across the Cheetah Engagement Suite and the teams that drive it across 13 countries. Caitlin has had a rich history at Cheetah Digital for more than a decade across Asia Pacific supporting hundreds of organisations across a plethora of industries including retail, FMCG, travel and hospitality, financial services, non-profit, online, government, telecommunication, media and entertainment, and the membership organisation space. She has a background in data quality, marketing communications consulting, general management, and holds a Master’s degree in Communication. Caitlin, originally from Melbourne Australia, calls Hong Kong home with her husband and three children.

Nat Gray leads Marketing Operations at ING Bank Australia and is responsible for all things process, tech adoption & capability development. She is passionate about breaking down the silos between data, technology and people and bringing them together harmoniously to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale. Nat is an energetic and collaborative problem solver and believes that the best magic happens when teams are empowered to bring their strengths and expertise to the table. Nat is a #bwm (busy working mum) and unapologetically role models flexing so that she can juggle the gig at the bank and still raise her two mini humans. In the spare moments that she does have she can be found sipping on a Chardonnay and cooking up a storm for friends and family.
