MarTech Adoption Panel
With over 8,000 vendors in MarTech, many organisations are working relentlessly to differentiate themselves from their competitors by offering personalised communications and loyalty programs at scale. The first step is identifying the right technology partner to get you there; the second is making sure there is a team behind the tools driving towards the outcomes or all ambitions will fall flat.
Drawing on the triumphs and pitfalls of hundreds of clients in the retail, travel, hospitality, and financial services industry space, there is absolutely a formula to getting this right. In this session, Caitlin Riordan, VP Client Success & Services, hosts the Marketing Technology Adoption Panel. In this session, Caitlin is joined by Natalie Gray from ING, Andrew Yeoh from IKANO and Raj Kumar from The Lumery, MarTech experts across the region to discuss integration, adoption and excellence and will have you leaving this session with focus areas to excel!
