Adam is one of Australia's leading creative strategists, and a consumer psychologist. In 2004, Adam co-founded Naked Communications. Naked embraced a behavioural change model, building brands whilst changing behaviour, and was one of Australia’s most awarded and successful agencies. Following that, Adam created Thinkerbell - where he practices 'measured magic' - bringing together marketing science and hard-core creativity. After just 2 years, it became AdNews 2019 Creative Agency of the year, and has already won a slew of awards for high profile earned media ideas.
In other news Adam is also the author of two books “The Advertising Effect”, and 'Stop Listening to the Customer' (Wiley, 2020), a very regular media commentator (Gruen, Sunrise, The Project) and sits on the boards of PIJI (Public Interest Journalism Initiative) and TRIBE (a social content creation agency). Adam is married to Anna and has two sons Asterix and Arturo.

Seth Godin is the author of 18 books that have been bestsellers around the world and have been translated into more than 35 languages. He’s also the founder of the altMBA and The Marketing Seminar, online workshops that have transformed the work of thousands of people. He writes about the post-industrial revolution, the way ideas spread, marketing, quitting, leadership, and most of all, changing everything.

Sameer Kazi is the CEO at Cheetah Digital, where he brings nearly 20 years’ experience in senior-level technology leadership roles. Prior to Cheetah Digital, Sameer served as Interim CEO and Non-Executive Chairman of Simply Measured, and was a member of the supervisory board of Emarsys. Sameer joined ExactTarget in 2008 and as part of the ET executive team drove the company's growth, successful IPO in 2012 and the sale of the company to Salesforce in 2013.

Nat Gray leads Marketing Operations at ING Bank Australia and is responsible for all things process, tech adoption & capability development. She is passionate about breaking down the silos between data, technology and people and bringing them together harmoniously to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale. Nat is an energetic and collaborative problem solver and believes that the best magic happens when teams are empowered to bring their strengths and expertise to the table. Nat is a #bwm (busy working mum) and unapologetically role models flexing so that she can juggle the gig at the bank and still raise her two mini humans. In the spare moments that she does have she can be found sipping on a Chardonnay and cooking up a storm for friends and family.

Andrew currently oversees all shopping centre marketing & innovation strategies for IKEA Southeast Asia & Mexico. He has more than 18 years’ experience across both the client and agency spectrum, handling brands as diverse as IBM, SK-II, KFC, Uniqlo, BMW, Microsoft and Disney both locally and regionally.
Prior to IKEA, his experience includes marketing and strategy roles at IBM, P&G, Interbrand, Isobar and DDB.
He holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School. Recently, Andrew was recognised as one of the Top 25 Innovators in Asia Pacific for 2020, according to the Innovator25 Global Rankings.

Rajan is an innovative partner supporting leading brands drive tangible business outcomes through the understanding and use of marketing technology. Rajan has over a decade of experience in MarTech and helps shape how organisations build capability across people, process, data and technology to transform around their customer. In 2018, Rajan was awarded CEO Magazine Start-Up Executive of the Year.

Based in the Hong Kong HQ office, Wee-Kee Ng is responsible for the group’s overall loyalty and partnership marketing strategy. He leads holistic strategies for Golden Circle to build loyalty and customer engagement mindset across all hotels, improve acquisitions and use of customer data and insights to increase share of wallet through a central digital engagement platform for all hotels. He also led in developing an integrated partnership strategy that defines the operating model metrics framework and governance model for the hotels.

Jeff Miller has a wealth of experience in delivering marketing strategies across the financial services and telecommunications industries. Most recently he led the marketing efforts at Commonwealth Bank across a range of consumer products and currently leverages his knowledge and expertise for ING Bank Australia as Head of Marketing.

Adam is a customer loyalty and loyalty program specialist. He has been a data-driven marketer for over 27 years.Since 2013, Adam has commissioned, co-authored and authored 11 in-depth Australian and New Zealand customer loyalty and loyalty program research studies - ‘For Love or Money™. The Point of Loyalty helps brands design and deploy thriving loyalty assets to be profitable and sustainable for the business, meaningful and desirable for their members and with belief and buy-in by their teams.

Alex is an experienced Marketing Consultant in Asia Pacific who believes in result-driven marketing. With over 7 years’ experience in digital marketing and a proven track record with brands across Australia, Hong Kong and South Africa. Over this time she has collaborated with companies, developing effective multi-channel marketing solutions that drive customer loyalty, acquisition and retention. Darien Bates is the Head of Technology at &Pizza, a craft-your-own pizza shop where experience is the focal point and every shop reflects the culture and people of its neighborhood. In this role, Darien oversees the entire online ordering experience for the brand.

András Szöcs is a leader with over 12 years of experience in several areas of FMCG/Retail marketing, including customer experience, loyalty, and end-to-end marketing operations. He is currently the Head of Customer Program and Center of Excellence at Salling Group, Denmark's largest retailer serving 11 million customers per week.

With over 17 years of experience working for enterprise brands such as Proctor & Gamble, Bath & Body Works, and VF Corporation, Frank is an expert in developing in-depth customer understanding and employing advanced data analytics to identify and capitalize upon game-changing business opportunities. In his most recent role as Senior Director of Consumer Lifecycle Management at Vans, Frank is responsible for developing, launching and running Vans' industry-leading loyalty program, globally. His most recent work has been focused on establishing the consumer analytics function within Vans in order to build a holistic view of their customers' lifecycle through data and analytics.

Billy Loizou leads the Go-To-Market function for Cheetah Digital across Asia-Pacific. He is a serial Technologist, Design Thinker, Marketer, Blogger, Speaker and Writer. Passionate about educating and driving profitability to businesses through design led innovation, Billy has consulted some of Australia’s leading brands. A recognised strategist, Billy was awarded with the coveted Orange Award during his time as a Creative Strategist within Salesforce, before leading digital transformation across Asia-Pacific as Digital Logics Chief Marketing Technologist, and Director of Customer Experience with TBWA Worldwide.

Richard Jones is the CMO at Cheetah Digital, where he oversees a global team that is responsible for all aspects of the brand, demand generation, digital marketing, corporate communications, and sales development. With more than 20 years of marketing, sales, and strategy experience, Jones was previously the CEO of Wayin, a global leader in zero-party data collection and activation. There, he helped many of the world’s leading brands such as Daily Mail Group, NHL, Bauer Media, Vodafone, Priceline.com, Reckitt Benckiser, Air New Zealand, and Manchester City FC create zero-party data strategies. In July 2019, Wayin was acquired by Cheetah Digital and rebranded as Cheetah Experiences. Preceding his time at Wayin, Jones co-founded EngageSciences, which merged with Wayin in May 2016. Jones also led regional sales for the EMEA team at Eloqua.

With over a decade of experience in this space Brendan has worked with brands spanning Financial Services, QSR, Retail, Utilities and Non for Profits.

Tim Glomb is the VP of Content and Data at Cheetah Digital where he leads the development of multimedia content to enable sales and marketing along with client success. Tim is also the founder of Audience Sherpa, a strategic consulting firm that helps brands such as Bowtech, Health-Ade Kombucha, and Leupold & Stevens build, manage, and engage consumer databases through services such as personalized messaging and privacy compliance.

Patrick is SVP of Product Marketing at Cheetah Digital, focused on the go-to-market strategy and team for the Customer Engagement Suite. A frequent industry event speaker, Patrick has over 20 years of experience in the technology, consulting, and marketing industries. Prior to Cheetah Digital, Patrick was VP of Product Strategy at RedPoint Global, leading the product roadmap and go-to-market for the Customer Engagement Hub. Previously, Patrick was at Adobe through the acquisition of Neolane, focused on email and real-time decisioning. He has also spent time at Pegasystems, leading product marketing for the next-best-action decision engine, and spent many years at Forrester Research in the research and consulting organizations. He is a certified product manager and holds an MBA from Boston University.

Schuyler Wareham is Sr. Product Director at Cheetah Digital, focused on advancing the company’s machine learning and analytics capabilities. He has a deep expertise in data science, machine learning, and analytics, developed over the course of his lengthy product management career. Prior to joining Cheetah Digital in 2018, Schuyler spent more than seven years with ExactTarget and Salesforce.

Caitlin is the VP of Client Success & Services, APAC at Cheetah Digital. She is passionate about making our clients wildly successful through both their technology investment across the Cheetah Engagement Suite and the teams that drive it across 13 countries. Caitlin has had a rich history at Cheetah Digital for more than a decade across Asia Pacific supporting hundreds of organisations across a plethora of industries including retail, FMCG, travel and hospitality, financial services, non-profit, online, government, telecommunication, media and entertainment, and the membership organisation space.
